About the role
As a Founder's Associate, you’ll be the right hand for our founders and an allrounder for our operations. You will work closely with the founders on the business development and daily operation of the company. Your tasks could not be broader, spanning from marketing and sales to HR, finance and legal tasks. You will gain first-hand experience in how a biotech startup operates and be a crucial part of Primogene’s team.
Key responsibilities
- HR & People: Assist in hiring efforts and shaping Primogene’s culture and company-building.
- Finance: Support book keeping, accounting, and finance operations. Contribute to fundraising, grants, and reporting.
- Market & Competition: Conduct market research and competition analysis.
- Marketing & Sales: Contribute to marketing campaigns, sales materials, and planning fair visits.
- Ops & Execution: Provide hands-on support on administrative, and operational tasks.
Qualifications
You should bring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, paired with a high level of reliability.
- Ability to learn quickly and the willingness to take on a steep learning curve.
- Pragmatism and a solution-oriented doer mentality - don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
- A true team player attitude, being comfortable working with people across different functions and building strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German - fluency in German is mandatory.
- It doesn’t matter if you are a bachelor or master student, and whether your background is in business or science. What really counts is your drive and motivation.
