About the position
As a Team Assistant / Founder's Associate, you will work closely with the founders on the business development and daily operation of the company. Your tasks include various stages of marketing and sales as well as HR, finance and legal.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in Primogene's HR, legal tasks.
- Support book keeping and finance operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Support in funding and financing efforts.
- Contribute to marketing, sales and building partnerships.
- Provide support on administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to learn fast work independently.
- Pragmatism and a solution-oriented doer mentality.
- Exceptional communication skills ideally in both English and German.
